A Christchurch original, I decided to move to New Plymouth to study Hospitality Management and Tourism at the Pacific International Hotel Management School, which was an amazing course and brought opportunities to work and study in various hotels and resorts. This included Rydges Wellington and the beautiful Hayman Island on the Great Barrier Reef. Once I graduated I worked in hospitality for another 2 -3 years before deciding to try something new and work in travel, which has brought me to the wonderful team at Travel 2U.
So far I’ve managed to explore parts of New Zealand, Australia, the Cook Islands, Fiji, USA and then my all-time favourite Spain. I’m hoping to continue discovering with the ‘world as my oyster’ especially, Europe for its amazing history and South America for its diverse cultures.
Outside of work I love getting involved with sport whether it be playing, supporting or coaching. My favourites include: Softball, Netball, Volleyball, Touch and League. I also enjoy a great pub quiz with friends or watching the latest movie.
